These terms apply to Paddle Duel at https://paddle-duel.com and its related accounts on social networks. By playing you agree to them. Paddle Duel is operated by an individual developer based in Türkiye; contact ozerharmona@gmail.com.

Paddle Duel is a free two-player browser game: players bid on lots from a pack, arrange them in secret and see the outcome in the arena. Ratings behind the lots are hidden and are the game's own opinions, made for fun, not statements of fact about any country, person or character. We may change, add or remove packs, features, levels, badges and cosmetics at any time.

You can play as a guest or link an account with e-mail or Google. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep one account per person, keep your password to yourself, and choose a display name that is not offensive, misleading or someone else's. Display names and match results appear publicly on leaderboards and results feeds. We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).

Do not use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, exploits or collusion to gain rating, XP, badges or ad rewards; do not harass other players in names or otherwise; do not attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service; do not resell access. We may forfeit matches, reset progress or remove accounts to keep the game fair, and we may report abuse to the authorities where required.

Levels, XP, Elo, badges, streaks, rings, flairs, frames, match allowances and ad credits are features of the game with no monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and they may be changed or reset when the game changes. Paid features, if introduced, will have their own prices and refund terms shown before purchase.

The free version may be funded by rewarded video ads served by Google. Watching an ad is always your choice and grants extra matches as shown in the game. Rewards obtained by tampering with the ad flow may be removed.

Pack names, lot names and descriptions are editorial references used to run a trivia-style game. Names of real people, teams, characters, films and brands remain the property of their owners; Paddle Duel is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them. No photographs of real people are used. Icons, flags and animated emoji come from open-licence sources credited on the credits page. The game's own code, design, text and videos are ours; you may share result cards, invite links and our videos freely with attribution to paddle-duel.com.

The game is provided free of charge and as is. We try to keep it online, but it may be unavailable, slow or changed without notice, matches may be lost when a server restarts, and we may stop the service altogether. We do not guarantee that the game is error-free or suits any particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the game, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which for a free player is zero. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence.

How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers in the European Union or the United Kingdom also keep the protections of the mandatory laws of their country of residence and may bring claims before their local courts.

We may update these terms as the game evolves. The date at the top shows the current version; important changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. This version is effective from 15 September 2026.
